an email is sent out with a bad address, the SMTP
server mail administrator sends it back with the
bad email address somewhere in the body of the message.
Because the "From" address is the mail
administrator and not the bad email address, GoldMine
can't link it to the original contact. Usually that
means visually looking for the email address in the
body and then searching GoldMine for it. With BounceLinker,
there is no need to search for email addresses in
GoldMine.

three tools are included when you purchase ZipCodesPlus.
Updater® is
a utility designed to, with one command, scan your entire
GoldMine database looking for records with blank Zip
code fields. Updater matches the City and State on each
of these records with your current Zip Lookup list and
updates the Zip field.
AC® :
it’s never been easier to add -- and manage --
Additional Contacts than by using this utility. It enhances
the Additional Contact feature in GoldMine with several
very useful (and often requested) functions. When you
add a contact to a record, AC fills in Address, City,
State, Zip, even Phone number fields based on the information
in the parent record. Create By and Create On information
is automatically placed in the Notes field.
GoldCodes®;
is an up-to-date US Postal Service Zip Code database
for use with GoldMine recently configured by Computer
Control Corporation! It is compatible with GoldMine 5.0,
5.5 and 5.7, as well as with FrontOffice Sales and Marketing.
The basic version of this zip code transfer set is a
good substitute for the original FrontRange Solutions
